Happy Wednesday!
Today I bring to you a look that I love and one that truly represents what I would wear on any given day. This time around, keepin’ this baby blue vinyl skirt casual. At first you may feel like it’s only a skirt that you would wear for a night out, but I think this light pastel color, gives me the green light to wear it during the day. A-line mini skirts in my opinion are very flattering, they add just the perfect amount of structure to a look. I rather show off the zipper in the front so tucking in any top works in our favor with this high waisted mini. The face on the ‘Deer Dana’ tee I’m wearing is no other than THE Raf Simons, former creative Director at Christian Dior and Belgian fashion designer. The darker blue and pink in the t-shirt compliment the light blue vinyl perfectly.
The sunglasses available at ‘Le specs’ from this particular collection are nothing but bold. I’m referring to Adam Selman x Le specs‘s collection. Yes, this is the man/co-designer that worked with Rihanna on her collection for River Island a few years ago. This ruby red pair are inspired by the boldness and energy of seventies disco. ‘Playgirl‘ has an exaggerated cat eye that featured a thick frame profile and flat mirrored lenses in black mono (sometimes appearing black and other times silver) you’re good and you’ll look good all summer.
I look forward to wearing this skirt for an evening out with chunky high heels and a print top. Keep in mind while shopping, vinyl does not stretch at all!
